We capture guest info (name, email, company) at the photo capture moment — the photo is the incentive. You receive a clean CSV or direct integration with your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.) post-event.
Yes. We regularly run multi-day activations like the 4-day Purina Pro Plan Infinity Room with Bader-Ruder and the 4-day NASCAR IGNIGHT activation during the Daytona 500. We have the equipment redundancy, staff depth, and operational protocols for extended runs.
Corporate photo booth experiences start at $800 and vary based on booth style, event length, branding needs, location, and enhancements. Our Essential Corporate Booth starts at $800, our Branded Event Experience starts at $2,400, and Custom Brand Activations are quoted per event. Travel quoted separately and transparently.
